Village Bakery prepares approximately 5k desserts daily for the entire campus. The kitchen is located on the 1st floor of West Village and has floor to ceiling windows for students to watch the baking process. All desserts, pastries and breads are freshly prepared by our Executive Pastry Team, meaning the items are house-made and essentially healthier because they are free from preservatives and additives.
